Picco

Based on a true story, Picco mercilessly and realistically tells the story of the dramatic fate of a group of young men in a German prison. The film casts an authentic and uncompromising look at the topic of violence and the loss of youth, and at a penal system that is a complete and utter failure. There are no perpetrators in this system - only victims.
