A film documenting the life of Lithuanian photographer Vitus Luckus (1943-1987). Some called him a madman, while others called him a genius. He was the first to go beyond the closed Lithuanian tradition of photography and go with his camera to document the spontaneous reality of the Soviet Union. Master and Tatyana is a story about a rebellious artist, passionate love and a beautiful life with a tragic ending.
