1977. Manuel is a young accountant convicted to an excessive 20-year sentence for having embezzled the equivalent of 1,200 Euros. Inside he finds prisoners incarcerated for their sexual preferences, for being poor, for not having a job, or for their political beliefs. The all are serving disproportionate sentences. Aided by his cellmate Pino, Manuel will become the leader of a movement that will unite all prisons in the fight for freedom and change prison laws and society forever.
