This year’s Romanian Days will include 35 titles: 13 features and 22 shorts, some of which are world premieres, while others are recipients of major festival awards. One of the most charming actresses in Romanian cinema history, Anna Széles will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 17th edition of the Transilvania International Film Festival. The award celebrates her 50 years of work in theater and film. Actor and producer Dan Nuțu will also receive the Excellence Award in recognition of outstanding artistic merit. Both awards will be presented during the TIFF closing gala at the National Theater in Cluj, on June 2, 2018.
