Oana Jipa graduated from UNATC I.L. Caragiale with a bachelor’s degree in 2020 and a master’s degree in 2022, both in Acting. During her years of study, she collaborated with independent theaters, including unteatru, Centrul Educațional Replika, Reactor de Creație și Experiment Cluj-Napoca, as well as with the Comedy Theater in Bucharest.

For her role as Connie in Efecte secundare (dir. Vlad Bălan), produced by unteatru, she received the debut award at the 2022 UNITER Gala.

Since 2022, she has been part of the “Andrei Mureșanu” Theater troupe in Sfântu Gheorghe, where she has collaborated with directors such as Eugen Jebeleanu, Cristian Ban, Dragoș Mușoiu, Irisz Kovacs, Diana Mititelu, Andrea Gavriliu, and Eugen Gyemant. She has performed in important national festivals, including the National Theater Festival, Galați Comedy Festival, the New Theater Festival in Arad, and the Reflex Festival in Sfântu Gheorghe.

In recent years, she has worked with teenagers at various theater festivals, and she is currently part of the team of theater trainers at the IDEO IDEIS National Youth Theater Festival.
